Reported Saturday, 18 September 2021 at 2:32 pm, Saint Albans, Canterbury, 8014, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Rat infestation. Multiple rats seen in daylight by Malvern Park playground. Where rubbish bin used to be, presumably people are now throwing rubbish into garden instead and feeding rats. Maybe replace the bin?
