Graffiti on a newly installed traffic controller on the junction of Straven Rd and Kilmarnock St Riccarton. The tag "KUS" was prevalent about 3 years ago in many locations around Christchurch. I have seen this tag in the same style of writing many times. So obviously it is the same person. I have also reported the same "KUS"" tag to Orion over the past 24 hours in this area of Riccarton. These tags have only appeared in the last 72 hours. Cheers Steve
