Car on corn of Noble Place & Townshend Crescent, Halswell. Been there over 7 days and not moved. Residents at 5 Townshend Crescent have a collection of vehicles which they accumulate and occasionally work on to get running. The regularly park them on the streets, never outside their own home. We had a broken down wreck outside our home for 4 weeks before they moved it. We asked them several times to move it but they did it when they wanted to
