The reporter’s words

I am writing this after slipping over on the wet grass in front of this property again, after being forced to walk on the wet and muddy berm as another pedestrian approached me. The trees planted along the front boundary of this property are ridiculous. They are wrong type to be planted here, as they are so far over the boundary edge that the footpath is barely useable - only just wide enough for one person on foot. This is the third time I have had to contact the council about this in just a couple of years, as the property owner doesn't seem to be concerned enough to ever do anything about it when it is blatantly obvious that they need to be removed. Trimming these is absolutely pointless now, to be trimmed back enough to not be over the footpath at all would mean that there is nothing but tree trunk left on the front side. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated, cheers. Cam Bruce
