Roading/Streets
Reported Sunday, 3 October 2021 at 8:33 pm, Marine Parade, Canterbury 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
There is a man living in his car in a non-freedom camping spot opposite the 2 abandoned houses in front of the picnic table. He appeared last night and has been here all day with a bucket outside his passenger door. He has put up towel again for another night. Has been watching us all day and knows when the neighbors are coming and going. Dried washing on roof of car. Please can you move him to freedom camping area at least?
