The reporter’s words
The contractors upgrading the water main have sealed up what we assumed to be our stormwater outlet to the gutter. Their view was that it was not connected to anything and was just a facing (strange…). They did the same to our neighbours at 55 Hackthorne. Can you advise where our stormwater flows to? I put a hose into the downpipe outlet yesterday and no water flowed to the gutters. Is it flowing to the wastewater network or somewhere else?
