The reporter’s words
Homeowner on Forbes St has collection of old materials, vehicles & other items stored on edge of Bradford Park. Is this allowed? Is this a private right of way? Area looks untidy, messy & may pose health & safety risk to park users. Be grateful if you can advise if this is allowed by the council.
