The reporter’s words
The plants on one side of the garden have died, which has created what appears to be a walkway. People regularly walk along, climb the fence, it is a safety issue as there is a significant drop down to the other side into private property with stock in it. If you provide additional plants to fill space I'm happy to water them and get them established , the hebes there are all in poor condition they're overgrown and woody Thanks Joy 0272233572
