The reporter’s words

All of the rubbish bins have been removed from the carpark, basketball court and beach so now people are just dumping their rubbish and I can't pick it up and put it in the bin anymore because they have all been removed and the closest is now by the road in front of the library. People are lazy we need more bins! Save our ocean!
