I notice in the paper road it gets mowed, but at the rear area there's a build up of tree debris under oak, a lot of dead fennel, growing new fennel and more tree branches left! we have been eradicating fennel on our property! And scots reserve, impossible to do if all this is left at rear of this area, as it goes to seed! Back of this council owned area needs to be work on as well!
