Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Saturday, 6 November 2021 at 10:16 pm, 361, Riccarton Road, Upper Riccarton, Canterbury, 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Cement rubbish bin has been tipped over and is too heavy to life with just one person. It is also on a bus stop area as well as near a busy main road. The time I took this photo was 10:13pm. Someone should fix this asap so no one gets hurt.
