The reporter’s words
Querying why the grass at Malvern park has been left to grow so high and go to seed?? Local Children can no longer play with a soccer ball, practise kiwi cricket or learn to ride a bike as it is so long. The rugby field is maintained, but is usually in use for training or goal kicking practise, so it is not safe for young children and most do not use the rugby field. Really disappointing.
