The reporter’s words
The large oak trees in the park directly outside my property are very overgrown and are coming over my property. I have lived here 4 years and only once has some maintenance been done on these large oak trees, that was when I notified council of a dangerous branch. I believe it is my right to have these trees knocked back so they don’t overhang my property. They are very tall also. My adjoining neighbour supports my request to prune back these trees please.
