Snap is 4 dogs within 50m in area designated as dogs on leash only while moving through. time was approx 11am. At least 8 dogs were present at one time as their families picniced and played on the both on the beach and the foreshore. 3 were not under control on a leash. Could signage be made more prominent making the area? Less dogs would lead tol a more relaxed and safe environment for under 3s. Signage at the carpark could avoid trouble if dog owners are aware that dogs are restricted at the bay they may seek places were the is no regulation.
