The reporter’s words
This sump is overflowing onto the public car parking area which makes the ground slippery and it stinks. It is located on the back wall of the Caltex Service Station. Neighbours have asked the owners to do something about it but they won’t. I discovered it when parking there to paint out some graffiti.
