People in address 17 Myrtle Road have dumped their rubbish on the public berm. These people have moved into a brand new house and dumped this rubbish of boxes etc. of house build items, also blocking the public footpath moreover causing an inconvenience to a local person who unfortunately is wheelchair bound.
