Blue hatchback, black and tan border collie. Border collie was off leash. Called to owner to recall his dogs. The dogs ran up onto my dogs. I asked him to please recall his dogs..he said I'm coming. The dog continued to scare my on lead dogs and get in their personal space. I raised the matter with a park ranger at the time, she advised to report that the issue happened at 2.30pm today 1st Sept as there have been a number of issues with on lead dogs without recall in the area. When I advised the dog owner he needs to be able to control his dog to have it off lead, he advised this is level 2 and his dog is friendly. I advised my dogs are rehabilitating and he said it's not his problem that my dogs don't like it if other dogs run upto them. I was very upset by his attitude and selfishness
