Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 2 December 2021 at 12:24 pm, 10, Main Road, Governors Bay, Canterbury, 8971, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This tree has been pruned by council leaving all the weight at the top. It also has two weak points as shown on the photo. Whenever we have strong winds I am greatly concerned that it will fall, take out the power to the Bay, block the road and potentially kill someone. If it falls the other way it will land in my garden where my young children are always playing. It is unsafe and needs to be removed.
