General Request
Reported Monday, 6 December 2021 at 7:15 am, 38, Kidson Terrace, Cashmere, Canterbury, 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
141 Hackthorne RD has a commercial extraction fan in the kitchen. The noise levels are really high especially in our yard where it appears to echo. To my knowledge there isn’t a consent for a commercial kitchen issued for this address and yet the house has been advertised for sale as having a commercial kitchen. We have registered this complaint before (92369618) with no response. Our quality of life is affected by this as we are unable to sit outside on a summers evening due to noise levels. Please note as I have said the noise is intensified beside our house . The levels will be different on Hackthorne rd.
