Guy next door is running a ‘learning to drive’ business with both his simulator and cars for training. These are parked between the building and the road, covering both the front of his property, the road and those coming to use his services park outside our house every day. We understand to run a business from home you must have adequate off street parking (not between the building and the road) as well as a place for those using your services to park, this is not the case here.
