Graffiti
Reported Wednesday, 7 December 2016 at 6:19 pm, Radley Street, Woolston, 8023, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
These signs on the safety fence should not be here. The offenders are persistent; to start with it was just the 'stop smoking ' sign, now others do it. An occasional, ephemeral sign such as for a local garage sale is one thing; but these persistent and apparently permanent signs are something else.
