Large amounts of loose chip in all gutters on Garnet Ave. It is from a reseal that took place approx 6 weeks ago - road was swept but chip never removed. Needs removal urgently given rain for Wednesday/Thursday this week - gutters capacity will be immensely reduced - high chance of surface flooding in Garnett Ave. Thanks
