Graffiti
Reported Wednesday, 15 December 2021 at 11:41 pm, 453, Main North Road, Casebrook, Canterbury, 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This is vandalism (not graffiti). Note all the steel that has been bent down. Looks untidy. While these are fairly high, potentially a tall person could hit them (e.g. standing on pedals on a bike).
