The hedge at this property is growing over most of the footpath. There is probably a 30cm gap to get past without walking on the grass. It’s worse on bin day, which narrows the path even more when rubbish/recycling bins are out too. It’s very dangerous, especially people trying to get past on scooters, mobility scooters, wheelchairs etc. You can see from the photo how much of the footpath is taken up by their hedge.
