The reporter’s words

It seems that the recent work on the Diamond Harbour water mains have resulted in a leak in the middle of Lower Waipapa Ave, I presume one of the joints has started leaking. When I step in the affected area of the road I can see air bubbles appearing at the edge, so there may already be invisible washout damage. I think it's urgent to address this to avoid further damage to the road.
