Previously reported multiple times that the ccc contractor spraying is killing the natives CCC planted. 11/20 died and CCC said they won't spray but just continue the failing spraying. I took a walk with the councillor Phil mauger and said mulching would work to stop constantly spraying. Unfortunately the parks crew didn't do gardening basics 101 and spray the day before spreading mulch so the grass just grew through the thin layer of mulch. The last picture shows where mulch has been done properly a few years ago and doesn't get damaged because of the "non toxic" spray. CCC should replace the trees as they planted them to replace the trees they cut down in the now overgrown riverside. All the sprayed trees don't show bud growth but slowly die.
