Roading/Streets
Reported Friday, 7 January 2022 at 9:30 pm, 45, Leitch Street, Somerfield, Canterbury, 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
the street is need of urgent upgrade. The deep dish channel is cracked and blocked and is no longer functional. The road surface seal is flushed and potholes are forming on hot days. The foot path AC is cracked and not accessible in parts with severe lichen growth. Generally the condition of road reserve is in poor condition and is no longer serviceable. I recommend that a full street renewal is required.
