The reporter’s words

Hello council person My record will show on previous occasions I have asked who is overseeing the council recreational services person whose job it is to cut the grass in the Merivale reserve? Frustratingly the standard of work is getting worse. I don’t feel as if my question has been taken seriously by the council. I would suggest the lack of care is starting to cost the rates payers a lot of money because the recreational services person is not picking up the dry dead fallen frons from the cabbage tree. The very fibrous fronds wrap around the blades and belts of the mower causing damage. The evidence of the chewed fibre can be seen by some of the photos with the fibrous content of the cabbage tree fall. For the councils information a very mature community person said to me two days ago that she has totally given up bunching up all the fallen cabbage tree fronds they are so plentiful and it’s become too hard. ??I really believe that this is a performance management issue with the recreational services person . I hope that my snap send solve can be sent to the person that the recreational services worker reports to . Or escalate it up to the CEO. ??
