The reporter’s words
A person using the ramp on Sunday cut her foot on the end of the handrail. It has sharp rusty edges. Please have it capped. Boats have been damaged by the protruding sharp end. There is a steel wire rope end in the middle of the ramp with a frayed end. It is also ripping people legs and wet suits when launching .
