This has been an ongoing issue for many years. I have sent it in several times and along time ago received a long explanation by email about how it has been engineered. This was great to know however it has not solved the problem at all. At the moment it isn’t too bad But in the winter and when it’s been raining the spring that comes up from outside number 196 (photo attached) creates a terrible problem with the footpath being v slippery and people have slipped. The spring water goes left up to the other to the drain that I’ve taken the photo of and that is always blocked. Can someone please phone me about this so I can understand why you can’t drain the spring safely into the curb gutter which would solve some of the issue. Thanks very much. Gill
