The reporter’s words

Hello there councilperson Happy Tuesday night?? I am not sure what sort of leak this is however the liquid from the leak now measures circa 100 m long. My SSS record will show I have already reported the leak to the council. Including photos of the slime and muck that is now in the gutter, showing that the water leak issue has been around for some considerable time. To be honest this leak is taking away my right to be able to walk along the footpath with my Labrador dog on his lead up on the northern side of St Albans Street. The reason being I do not want my dog to walk through the or drink the ??water in the gutter. I realise some repairs can take a while. I totally respect and understand that. However in the interim as a H&S precaution can a notification / cone / sign be put out or some sort of health and safety measure to let people know that the council is actually actively investigating? I would be so grateful if consideration could be given to the above. ??
