The RedZone is not a parking lot. You guys need to actually do something. If the developer decided to use a scorched earth policy on their land so there is no shade for their workers that is their problem. They have removed the barrier preventing access to the RedZone and once they start using it then everyone will. If you don't do something I have contacted you several times then I will get hold of our cancellor, followed by the paper.
