Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 5 January 2017 at 2:52 pm, 78, Racecourse Road, Sockburn, 8042, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Young man in sunglasses decided to seek shade by sitting plants in our front garden. To be fair he quickly moved when asked. His supervisors who were with 3 metres of him did not seem concerned and in fact one of them told me to "get out of here" when I photographed them. Hardly acceptable behaviour all round.
