Reported Monday, 9 January 2017 at 5:18 pm, 112 Bishop St, St Albans, Christchurch 8014, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Is this allowed? Apart from being ugly and an eyesore, this gate opens outwards and therefore totally blocks the footpath when it is opened.
