This car has been parked here for over a year It constantly blocks traffic in the street during school drop-offs and pick ups and has not moved for months When I looked at the end of last year it did not have a current registration and I complained to the council and nothing has been done There are clear signs which indicate there is no parking between 8 and 9 am and 230 and 3:30 pm on the side of the road to help with the traffic flow for school and yet this car continues to be here Please could something be done e.g. it get towed away as infringements do not seem to make a difference for the owner of this vehicle I believe it is a student flat!!!
