Wastewater/Stormwater
Reported Thursday, 10 February 2022 at 12:28 pm, 67 Oram Avenue, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Gutter supposedly cleaned out today and it was not done properly and theres a pile of rubbish left on the side of the road that came from the overflow of gutter.. It seemed to take 2 men to clean gutter and of course they left what was just outside the gutter, which is only going to fill up gutter in another downpour
