Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 17 February 2022 at 2:47 pm, 39 Elba Crescent, Halswell, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Roadside trees on Whincup Rd is once again masking some of the speed limit signs. I think the sign outside 29 (39?) is the worst affected. The problem is at its worse when traveling east along Whincups.
