Hello council My record will show since approximately 13 November 2021 I have been contacting the council due to encroachment onto the footpath by the agapanthus. Plus due to the magnolia Stelata branches growing very low over the footpath. I’d be so grateful if a compliance officer could attempt to walk on the footpath outside this property. I would very much appreciate if the branches of the magnolia stellata could be trimmed so that a footpath user doesn’t get leaves / branches scraping the top of ones-head. The agapanthus have flourished since trimming and have grown back. ??
