Disgraceful how CCC look after Halswell Domain, grass always left to long between mowings and then we end up with this mess.and they are sports fields. I,ve had a look around the parks and reserves in the area and Halswell Domain is by far the worst maintained. 3 weeks is way to long between mows. Its the talk of all the neighbours. Would expect more, considering you call us the Garden City.
