Water Leak

Our water meter (ID 34641) has been leaking for the last two months. I have just turned it off and drained the toby box. Initially I thought the leak was coming from the connection made by the plumber but it appears there is a crack in the brass joiner connection between the back of the metre and the private pipe connection. While the water leak is being repaired, can we please have the private water supply pipe side of the meter taken vertically down and then horizontal under the toby box frame as per CCC Standard Detail SD304.
