The reporter’s words

The Groynes dog park, small river area just past the mini dog agility area. The river does not appear to be flowing and there is green algae floating on the top. This used to be a quieter area to let your small dogs swim in safety from large dogs. However it looks like it is becoming stagnant and I did not want my dig to swim in it. Also previously we would see eels in it, I could not see them either. Maybe there is a blockage up stream!
