Rubbish/Recycling

The reporter’s words
To whom it may concern. We are very frequently playing at the often busy Longhurst playground with our children (we live just around the corner) and there is a serious lack of bins in the playground area. The one rubbish bin that is there is a short walk away and you often have to leave your children so they are out of sight while you walk all the way over to the bin. It would make a lot more sense to have rubbish and recycling bins accessible in the playground area as parents are constantly needing access to these while their children play and eat in that area. There is a lovely covered seating area at the playground that would be a perfect spot for some rubbish bins either side of that. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best, Daniela
