Hi, every day there is a breeze the bin outside the dairy at the GPS location on Waltham road releases plastic waste into the drains or if luckier (for the wider environment) neighbouring properties where it can be picked up and put in safer containment. This picture is from a single days rubbish blown out of this bin just onto our berm and road drain. Please put a lid on this bin. I have complained about this environmental negligence conducted by CCC twice before this and had no success or comment. Please fix this as the sustained pollution of our rivers and seas from easy to fix sources like this is unacceptable. Thank you.
