The reporter’s words
The footbridge by garlands road over the river could do with some love. I've been down there and nailed down many of the boards as it was not possible to push my grandmothers wheelchair over the bridge. I've seen mothers with prams struggle too. Not being my job to fix it, It'd be nice to see it fixed up by the council correctly. My work most likely won't last. Also the hand rails are rusty and need painting badly.
