Continual water leak between 75 -71 koromiko cres. This is the 2nd time I have reported this and it's gotten worse in the last week. Photos show a clear indication of RUNNING water coming down the boundary between 75+73 and over the footpath and also of running water out of the pipe in the footpath between 73 + 71 The water in the gutter outside has had algal build up in the last week. We have noted a sump of water at the top of the section between 75 + 73. The neighbour behind section 75 is on James and have noted that they have a sump of water out front of their house too This is too much water to ignore. Thought we're meant to be preserving water and am really disappointed that my earlier report from 15th Jan remains unanswered.
