The reporter’s words

Council access through private property at 23 Te Ara Crescent. When I spoke to the ranger last week and said “please don’t enable people to trespass through my property by keeping your steps there” I can’t have been clear. So here we go again “PLEASE DONT ENABLE PEOPLE TO TRESPASS THROUGH MY PROPERTY USING YOUR COUNCIL STEPS AND TRACK” I have returned from holiday to find you have improved access through my property. Just to let you know if anyone builds a structure on my property without my permission I will feel free to remove it. I was told a new access way - on council land - would be completed by winter, what you have done is not acceptable. I was planning to use the area around my garage for storage including kayaking gear, you have now provided safe access to anyone who should wish to steal it.
