A massive Real Estate signage was put up at the corner of our house ( 2 Cephas close) on Monday, 16th January. The sign is on council land but does impact to us/ our house. As the residents of 2 Cephas, we have never been consulted by the agent (Sharon Smith from Harcourts Gold Papanui, her mobile is 0272330687) prior to put the sign up. The sign has been there for 4 weeks and we now want the sign to be removed immediately. We emailed the agent and the sign hasn't yet been removed. We hope that we can get the assistance from CCC and resolve this quickly. Kind regards Joni and David
