Roading/Streets

The reporter’s words
I came off my bike on this corner back in December. Since talking to other cyclists I know of two other people that have had an accident here in the last few months. The wet patch in the photo constantly seeps from a small hole in the middle of the road and causes a greasy patch just where you need to brake for the corner. I have been down this section of road about 20 times since my crash and noted that it is never dry. Can the road be repaired and the water seepage prevented? Thank you
