Hello councilperson There seems to have been many leaks from this property. Now yet another one, which is causing frustration and annoyance for footpath users. Plus for those attempting to cross Rugby Street. One does not know what is in the liquid is it freshwater,wastewater / sewerage ? Maybe consideration could be given by the council to investigate and hopefully find a solution. ??
