We have a metal plate frim the curb to the road which gets blocked with leaves and debris and also gets shifted when the refuse trucks drive over it. When it gets blocked the rain water gushes over the mtal plates causing the asphalt to crack and crumble. It has been patched many a time. could this be fixed and cleared please. It is tricky to get a hose down there to clear the blockage though we have down it many a time but now the plate needs readjusting also. Thanks W and T Bouman 251 Kennedys Bush Road 021 352 998
